The Moment Everything Changed: My First Astral Travel
I want to share an experience that changed my life forever—my first astral travel. It wasn’t something I planned or even tried to achieve. It just happened. Maybe, deep down, I was ready for it without realizing it.
It all began during a short mountain retreat with a close friend. We had booked a secluded guesthouse for three days, hoping to escape the noise of daily life. The journey there was exhausting, and we spent the first day resting. On the second day, we hiked for hours, breathing in the crisp mountain air, feeling more connected to nature than we had in a long time. By nightfall, we were tired but not quite ready to sleep. We stayed up late, talking about everything and nothing, until exhaustion finally pulled us toward our rooms.
That night, as I lay in bed, something felt different. My body wasn’t just tired—it felt weightless, as if something invisible had been lifted from me. A strange tingling sensation spread from my head to my toes, and before I could fully process it, I felt myself leaving my body.
That moment—the very first second of separation—is crucial. Fear can snap you back instantly, pulling you into your body before you even begin. But if you stay calm, if you surrender to the experience, a journey beyond your imagination awaits you.
Stepping Into the Unknown
I don’t know why I wasn’t afraid. I could see my body lying on the bed, and I was watching myself. That sounds eerie, I know, but at that moment, it felt completely natural. I just accepted it.
The first thing I noticed was the silver cord connecting me to my body. You will see it too. No matter how far you go, it will always be there, tethering you to the physical world. And if fear ever takes over, the cord will pull you back in an instant. Some people worry about getting lost in the astral world, but that’s impossible. As long as you’re traveling, your soul leaves traces—it’s part of the journey. Don’t be afraid. Trust the experience. You’re not getting lost; you’re getting closer to reality.
Then, in the middle of my uncertainty, I heard a voice. Clear, steady, and calm.
“Don’t be afraid.”
And then another message, as if spoken directly into my mind:
“Wake up from this sleep.”
The moment I truly stepped into the astral world, everything changed. It’s impossible to describe the feeling in words. One moment, I was floating above my body. The next, I was soaring—weightless, limitless, like a beam of light cutting through the sky. It wasn’t just movement; it was pure freedom.
Beyond the Physical: The Astral Realm
Once you cross the threshold, you step into a space that exists between the material world and the unseen—the astral plane. Here, time and distance lose meaning. You can go anywhere, learn anything, and experience existence beyond the limitations of your physical self.
But make no mistake—this world has rules. And if you break them, there are consequences.
I didn’t know this during my first experience, but I learned quickly. You cannot enter the astral world for personal gain. You cannot invade another’s space, spy, or attempt to manipulate things beyond your reach. The astral world is not a playground for selfish desires. It exists to reveal truth, not to serve human greed.
Some seek the Akashic Records, hoping to uncover the secrets of existence. Others travel to distant places, unrestricted by the laws of the physical world. All of it is possible—but only within the boundaries of the astral laws.
And that’s where the Guardians come in.
They are not to be ignored. If your intentions are pure, they may appear as towering, watchful figures—silent, but harmless. But if you attempt to break the laws of the astral world, they will become something else entirely. There is nowhere to hide from them. Your soul leaves traces, and once they find you… you may never be able to return.
There are places hidden from ordinary sight, waiting to be discovered. There are beings who will guide you, others who will test you. And some… are best left undisturbed. I mean that. There are some you really, really need to stay away from.
No matter how much I learn, I know I’ve barely scratched the surface. Every journey teaches me something new.
You Are More Than Just a Body
We are not just physical beings. This realm—the one we call reality—is only one stop in an endless cycle of existence. We are part of something much greater. And at the same time, we are that greater whole.
How do I know this? Because I have seen it.
You are more special than you realize. If astral travel seems impossible to you, it’s not because you aren’t capable—it’s because you haven’t truly discovered yourself yet.
You are capable of far more than you think.
And if you truly wish to awaken, nothing and no one can stop you.
